TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2021 By (1) Lucy Wairimu Kenga and (2) Benard Saruni Kenga, both of P.O. Box 4, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parsonoi Kenga alias Parsonoi ole Kenga, who died at Sankale, on 27th December, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
