TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 172 OF 2023 By Annah Khakasa Siambi, of P.O. Box 3590–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ignatius Ahuguya Mage, who died on 22nd February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2023 By Daniel Rotich, of P.O. Box 2046, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Kiprotich Bunei Maritim, who died at Simat, on 18th June, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
