TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2022 By Joseph Njuguna Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 605, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Jacob Kinyanjui Njuguna alias Jacob Kinyanjui Njuguna, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
