CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2023 By Nashon Amolo Orek, of P.O. Box 103–40139, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Omondi Orek, who died at Ruai, on 14th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. 245 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Atieno Okelo and (2) Rose Akinyi Okelo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Okelo Ogula, who died on 3rd October, 2020. CAUSE NO. 246 OF 2023 By Charles Kizito Oloo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Owoko Onyanch alias Owoko Onyancha, who died on 25th January, 1985. CAUSE NO. 248 OF 2023 By Pitalis Auma Oloo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisalom Oloo Ondijo alias Oloo Ondijo, who died on 9th October, 1979.
