TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2023 By Nelius Nyambura B. Mathu, both of P.O. Box 77, Kiria-ini in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Benson Mathu Wakaba alias Wakaba Benson Mathu alias Benson M. Wakaba, who died at Murang’a County Referal Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
