TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By Douglas Maina Icika, of P.O. Box 53, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ichika Githiru, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 9th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By Kibasui Ndonga, of P.O. Box 189, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndonga Kahuni Kihai alias Ibrahim Ndunga Kahuni, who died at Thirigichi, on 13th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
