CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2017 By Francis Ndeleva Mulandi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Mwambui Mulandi alias Wambui Mulandi, who died at Emali, on 13th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2017 By Nzioka Kinyae, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katuli Kinyae, who died at Emali, on 5th June, 1978. CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2017 By (1) Kamene Mutuku Mutavuta and (2) Francis Mulinge Mutavuta, the deceased’s widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbeki Kinyae alias Mbeki Kinyae Ngwili, who died at Emali, on 2nd March, 1976.
