Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Chegere Rioba alias Mwita Chegere, who died at Bongebo Sub-location, on 8th February, 1973. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2023 By (1) Michael Mwita Rioba and (2) Jackson Mohere Rioba, both of P.O. Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaigana Mwita Rioba alias Nyaigana Mwita, who died at Bongebo Sub-location, on 23rd November, 1993. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2023 By Anjelina Nyakorema Chacha, the deceased’s widow, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Chacha Mwita, who died at Matare Sub-location, on 18th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
