TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 282 OF 2021 By (1) Bahati Baya Gohu and (2) Kahaso Birya Masha, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadzo Baya Gohu alias Kadzo Baya Ngoho, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya on 31st August, 2009. CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2022 By Benjamin Sulubu Chilango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chilango Kivila, who died at Chasimba, on 2nd February, 1986. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2023 By (1) Festus Juma Yawa and (2) Vincent Kassim Jamuhuri, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyadzua Makupe Yawa, who died at Kilifi, on 4th August, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
