TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By Geoffrey Kiswii Kavingu alias Geoffrey Kisui Kavingu, of P.O. Box 2587–90100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Nzilani Mutua, who died at Makueni, on 10th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Kimeu Ngose and (2) Paul Nzuki Kinyungu, both of P.O. Box 37–90134, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Kinyungu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 19th April, 2023.
