Box 236–40601, Bondo in Kenya,the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okwach Obure, who died at Maranda, on 1st August, 1995. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By Alloys Otieno Owuor, of P.O. Box 236–40601, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewnadus Owuor Yongo, who died at Ajigo Sub-location, on 26th September, 1974. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By Moses Obiero Chieng, of P.O. Box 235–40601, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Chieng alias Owuor Ochieng, who died at East Migwena Sub-location, on 10th August, 1984. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2023 By Moses Okatch Oucha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Oucha Owiti alias Peter Oucho Owiti, who died at Keyo, on 27th March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
