E56 OF 2023 Peter Awuor Nyaguti, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Otieno Nyaguti, who died at New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital in Kenya on 6th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2023 By Leonard Otieno Atieno, of P.O. Box 510, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Abir Atieno, who died on 16th December, 1992. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By (1) Maurice Atieno Agallo and (2) Philip Ochieng Agallo, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Nyamwaya, who died on 4th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2023 By Mary Atieno Nyangweth, of P.O. Box 510, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Oyieko Odero, who died at Kanyumba Village, on 8th November, 2022.
