TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2023 By Peninah Adhiambo Ojwang, of P.O. Box 21, Sindo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngonga, who died on 10th July, 1993. 30th June, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2023 By (1) Benard Okongo Oketch and (2) Owino Nyangweso Julius, all of P.O. Box 16, Magunga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Nyangweso Ogolla, who died on 13th September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
