TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th June, 2023 CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2023 By (1) Isaac Kuria Muhia and (2) Tabitha Wanjiru Muhia, both of P.O. Box 12276–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Muhia Kibura, who died at A.I. C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 2014. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Gitahi Mwaura and (2) Samuel Gitahi Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 5–00277, Kinale in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mwaura Gitahi, who died on 2nd August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
