Box 53, Kangema in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecilia Nunga Maina, who died at Jamaa, on 27th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Wangui Kiiru, (2) Faith Nyambura Kiiru and (3) Samuel Thiongo Kiiru, all of P.O. Box 59019–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Gilbert Kiiru Mwangi, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 5th November, 2022. Box 30075–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njaga Mwaura, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 30th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
