TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2023 By (1) Willy onyancha Masese and (2) Andrew Michira Masese, of P.O. Box 1133–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mose Masese, who died at Kapsara Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 7th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2023 By Chelel Grace Boen, of P.O. Box 2393–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Kiprotich Kibaen, who died at Kimoson Sub-location, on 8th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
