CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2023 By Samson Ochuka Ogonda, of P.O. Box 2565, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anjilina Aloo Omuto alias Aloo Omuto, who died at Kogony Sub-location, on 10th February, 1994. CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2023 By (1) Joshua Omondi Oriwa and (2) Mary Omondi Otieno, both of P.O. Box 96, Rabuor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oriwa Olum, who died on 10th November, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
