CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By (1) Naim Yusuf Noah and (2) Abdalla Yusuf Noah Mohmoud, both of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariam Naim Yusuf, who died at Wachara Kogony, on 29th December, 2019. Box 1238, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ouma Odida alias Auma Odida, who died at Lela Sub-location, on 18th December, 2004.
