Box 420, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kangaru Musamali, who died at Mukwa, on 21st February, 2010. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Mulati Karani, (2) Meshack Makokha Karani and (3) Silas Makokha Wasike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Karani alias Joseph Karani Lutengeya, who died at West Siboti, on 28th November, 1991. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2023 By Reuben Makas Sirai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Sirai Kipkania alias Jason Sirai Pkania, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 24th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
