TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 162 OF 2023 By David Wanjala Nyanyama, of P.O. Box 550, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Longino Wanyama Nangano, who died at Namawanga, on 15th January, 2001. CAUSE NO. 167 OF 2023 By (1) Maurice Makokha Wangutusi, (2) Henry Mutoro Wangutusi and (3) Protus R. Mutoro Wangutusi, all of P.O. Box 550, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Makokha Wangutusi alias Raphael Wangutusi, who died at Bungoma Medical Centre, on 8th September, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
