TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2023 By Grace Wanjiru Thuku, of P.O. Box 1192–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Thuku Njoroge alias Stephen Thuku, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E289 OF 2023 By (1) George Karani Magondu and (2) James Mwaniki Magondu, both of P.O. Box 1965, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Waweru Kariuki alias James Magondu Kariuki, who died at District Hospital, Nanyuki in Kenya, on 16th October, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
