TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By Mwangi Mihuro, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thuo Muragu alias Thuo Maragu, who died at Muthithi Sub-location, on 6th December, 1987. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2023 By Virginia Waithira Gachuhi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Waithira Kamotho, who died at Mbumbu, Gakungu, on 7th March, 2022. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
