TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2023 By Leah Wangechi Ngunjiri, of P.O. Box 1, Endarasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngunjiri Kariuki, who died at Gitegi Sub-location, on 13th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2023 By Simon Peter Mwangi Kariuki, of P.O. Box 153–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Wangui Ngatia, who died at Huruma Health Centre, on 4th July, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
