CAUSE NO. E82 of 2023 By Rose Kageni Kiambi, of P.O. Box 301, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jaspher Kiambi alias Jasper Kiambi, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 17th February, 1998. CAUSE NO. E85 of 2023 By Juster Wanja Mwiandi, of P.O. Box 83, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rugendo Erastus, who died at Chuka Township Sub-location, on 31st October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
