CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By Sussanah Nduku Ndiku, of P.O. Box 89–90401, Migwani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Ndiku alias Eliud Ndiku Kathia, who died at Muthale Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By John Ngui Mwinzi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwikali Mwinzi Tumbo alias Mwikali Mwinzi Ndoto alias Mwikali Mwinzi Ndumo, who died at Waita, on 7th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By (1) Peninnah Wambui Kalinga, (2) David Munene Kalinga and (3) Henry Leparana Kalinga, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Kavindu Kalinga alias Justus Kavundu Kalinga, who died at Galana Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 1994.
