TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2022 By (1) Esther Ntaine Oltelian, (2) Alex Tipape Jacob Oltelian and (3) Leonard Oitetiai Memusi, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oltelian ole Memusi, who died at Kimana Sub-Location, on 20th June, 2009. CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2022 By (1) Philemon Tonkei Kerina and (2) Harrison Solitei Kerina, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aina Kerina Solitei, who died at Emali, on 13th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Amos Ntasikoi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakuya Koikai, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
