TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2023 By Rosalina Jerono Tanui, of P.O. Box 54–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsanga Tanui, who died at Kapomboi Sub-location, on 25th June, 1995. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2023 By Winny Chepkemoi Koske, of P.O. Box 1470–3200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Morgan Mafura, who died at Kakamega H. N. Home, on 24th December, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
