TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2023 By (1) Janes Wameyo Wayodi and (2) James Opiyo Abonyo, the deceased’s son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phitalis Abonyo Wayodi, who died on 21st October, 2015. CAUSE NO. 133 OF 2023 By Janes Wameyo Wayodi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecton Wayodi Jalango, who died on 30th March, 1988. CAUSE NO. 206 OF 2023 By James Omollo Luora, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Luora Nyangor, who died on 26th March, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
