CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2023 By Jared Odhiambo Owiti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elikiah Owiti Atin, who died on 16th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. 143 OF 2023 By Judith Achieng Odongo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Odongo Omollo, who died on 23rd December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2023 By Policup Odhiambo Ogenga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Anyango Ogenga, who died on 11th September, 2005.
