TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 333 OF 2022 By (1) Elvis Owino Odera and (2) Rose Atieno Sibuor, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Sibuor, who died at Southwest Kamagambo, on 13th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. 90 OF 2023 By (1) Martin Okoth Opiyo and (2) Roida Mmboga Opiyo, both of P.O. Box 551–40400, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Opiyo Ongeche, who died at Suna North Location, on 28th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2023 By Domark Oloo Bitta, of P.O. Box 17, Karungu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ignasio Bita Okero alias Ignasio Bita Odero, who died at Alendo Sub-location, on 3rd December, 1999.
