TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2022 By Davis Kipyegon, of P.O. Box 72, Roret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Chemutai Chelal, who died at Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 11th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Rusy Cherono Sang, of P.O. Box 162–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kipsiele Sang alias Kipsiele A. Sang, who died at Taywet, on 15th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
