TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Kabon Kipsugut, of P.O. Box 179–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsut Chelagat, who died at Kipkaber, on 31st February, 2001. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2022 By Joseph Kipchumba Kemei, of P.O. Box 220–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Kangogo Kipkemei, who died at Baringo County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
