TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2023 By Mariah Nyabera Mongare, of P.O. Box 2026, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyabera Mongare, who died at Township, on 22nd June, 2014. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Onyonka Moreka and (2) Roselyne Osugo, both of P.O. Box 239, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moreka Nyakundi, who died at Kiabiraa, on 24th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2023 By (1) Pamela Akinyi Andhoga and (2) Monica Auma Ouma, both of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabasa Mokua Achiero alias Kabasa Mokua, who died at Miruka, on 31st August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
