TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2023 By Henry Nyabuto Ogiri, of P.O. Box 10–40206, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogiri Oyunge alias James Ogiri Oyunge, who died at Tabaka Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2023 By Alice Kerubo Nyang’au, of P.O. Box 2532–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monyangi Obiero, who died at Nyabitunwa, on 5th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
