Box 180– 80200, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gianni Patelli, who died at Brescia, on 9th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2023 By Kache Kulosha Mwamure, of P.O. Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manzala Mwaringa Kapate, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2007. CAUSE NO. 91 OF 2023 By (1) David Sirya Thoyah and (2) James Kithi Thoya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Thoya Kithi, who died on 4th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
