TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2023 By (1) Kahindi Kitsao Gohu and (2) Harrison Changawa Kitsao, both of P.O. Box 1, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Gohu Ngala, who died at Shogato, Gongoni, on 10th August, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
