TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By (1) Mercy Nyawira Kanyi and (2) Samson Munene Kanyi, both of P.O. Box 50–10306, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wamaitha Kanyi, who died at Equator Nursing Home, on 10th June, 1997. 16th June, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2023 By (1) Angeline Irima Mbugi and (2) Ian Karagu Muriithi, both of P.O. Box 50–10306, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Muriithi Karagu, who died at Mwea Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
