Box 11‒00204, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Makau Mbondo, who died on 22nd July 2020. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By (1) Monica Mugeci Kiarie and (2) Marvin James Maina, both of P.O. Box 12216–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangari Kabiru, who died on 27th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
