TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2023 By Mwikali Munyasya Nzau, of P.O. Box 1–90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyasya Nzau Kilomo, who died at Wanzauni, on 10th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2023 By Judeh Mbaluka Kithuka, of P.O. Box 20, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithuka Mailu Nzyoka, who died at Mavindu, on 22nd April, 1992. CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2023 By (1) Christine Kavithe Kithungu and (2) Vincent Muendo Mutiso, both of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Malinda Mbithi, who died at Ngalikya, on 5th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Maingi Musyoka and (2) Kaunda Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 7468–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Musyoka Muli Maingi alias Musyoka Muli Maingi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
