E127 OF 2023 By Gasca Lipesa Ochiemo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Opanga Lipesa, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 30th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2023 By Judith Kasaya Aniare, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Livingstone Olala, who died at Madzuu Sub-location, on 10th October, 2000.
