Box 179, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Sumba Sabwamu, who died at Webuye County Hospital in Kenya, on 20th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2023 By Benson Kakai Natembeye, of P.O. Box 70, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ainea Simiyu alias Natembeya, who died on 10th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Nekesa Wamalwa and (2) David Wanjala Wafubwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abraham Wafubwa Fuchaka, who died at Mlima Location. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
