Box 66, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnaba Wambeo Kiberenge, who died at Sirakaru Sub-location, on 18th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Sifuna Murutu Reuben, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dina Nasioya Murutu, who died at Friends Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 8th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By (1) Martin Sikuku Simiti and (2) Beatrice Nafula Simiti, both of P.O. Box 592, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simiti Katema Wekesa alias Japhetha Simiti, who died at Khalumuli Sub-location, on 19th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
