TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2019 By (1) Yunuke Bosibori Mosigisi and (2) Trubena Nyarinda Ogetoto, both of P.O. Box 65506–00607, Kamiti in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Paul Getonto Omari alias Getonto Omari and (2) Mosigisi Getonto, who died at Mokwero Location, on 4th December, 2007. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2023 By Isaac Ombwcha Gisiora, of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nchaga Gisiora, who died at Sengera Location, on 21st February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
