E70 OF 2023 By Jane Charo Mwakubo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Mumba, who died at Mtondia, 22nd February, 1982. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2023 By Kesi Tsuma Fondo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tsuma Fondo Chikunza, who died at Kizingo, on 15th August, 1991. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2023 By Charo Kazungu Fondo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Fondo Chikunja, who died at Kolongoni, on 13th April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2023 By Safari Randu Nyemi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Randu Nyemi Randu, who died at Kizingo, on 15th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2023 By (1) Kazungu Nzai Kirao and (2) Julius Nzai Menza, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kirao Nzai, who died at Kilifi, on 25th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. 91 OF 2023 By (1) Kangombe Charo Mwambire, (2) Silvester Kadenge Charo, (3) Sikubali Charo Mwambire and (4) Kenga Charo Mwambire, the deceased’s widow and sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Mwambire Kadhi alias Charo Mwambire, who died on 2nd January, 2004.
