TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2023 By Florence Mbithe Kyule, of P.O. Box 239, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyule Ndambuki, who died at Mutitu, on 1st March, 1997. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2023 By Philip Katunda Kisyoka, of P.O. Box 20825–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Muema Kisyoka, who died at Kakuswi, on 27th December, 2007. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2023 By (1) Wilfred Mulinge Ndavu and (2) Beatrice Kalewa Mulinge, the deceased’s widow and grandchild, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mulinge Ndabu alias Samuel Mulinge Ndavu , who died at Mutitu, on 27th October, 2007.
