CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Obiero Otieno, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Otieno Oliewo, who died on 1st May, 1998. CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2023 By Leah Nziwa Orenyi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Omondi Ujiji, who died at Barding in 1993.
