CAUSE NO. 351 OF 2023 By David Dacko Okumu, of P.O. Box 74, Kandiege in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elmad Okumu Auma Gunga alias Elmad Auma, who died at Kojwang, on 3rd August, 2001. Box 99, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s Nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Outa Ojing alias Jannes Outa Ojing, who died at Sino Kagola, on 10th April, 2009.
