Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John William Amolo alias John Amollo Onyango, who died on 30th November, 2004. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2023 By (1) Samwel Odongo Ogola and (2) Victor Omondi Ogola, both of P.O. Box 103, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johson Ogola Oluoch alias Johnson Ogolla Oluoch, who died on 28th April, 2004. Box 40, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mapili Ogunyo alias Mapil Ogunyo, who died on 17th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2023 By Priscila Juma Amolo, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Amolo Oyudho alias Amolo Oyudho, who died on 18th March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
