TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 16th June, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 295 OF 2022 By (1) Josephine Awino Ohawa and (2) Fanuel Sulwe Wayodi, both of P.O. Box 4, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caleb Wayodi Ohawa alias Calleb Wayodi Ohawa, who died on 19th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. 73 OF 2023 By Erick Ochieng Oduor, of P.O. Box 64, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mango Onyango, who died on 15th January, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
