TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2022 By (1) George Owino Ojenya and (2) Tom Ojenya Onyando, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ojenya Akuku, who died on 23rd May, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette C.N.C. ORUO, District Registrar, Winam
